A Study On The Communist Party Of Israel In The Development Of Sino-Israeli Relations(1949-1992)

The Communist Party of Israel which founded in 1919 has been named the Communist Party of Palestine.Over the past century,it went through division and reorganization so many times and has become more powerful.The Communist Party of Israel has witnessed the glorious moment of the establishment of the Israel,and also suffered a brutal blow to the disintegration of the Soviet Union and the drastic changes in the Soviet Union.Nowadays,it has become one of the important socialism political parties in the Middle East and has a very high appeal in the left-wing forces of the Gulf.No matter what special circumstances,the Communist party of Israel has always insisted on the theory of socialism,and actively carried out friendly exchanges with socialist countries and socialist parties.The development of Sino-Israeli relations in 1949-1992,Chinese government and the Communist Party of Israel have similar views and attitudes on ideology,the United States and the Middle East.So the Communist Party has fully utilized its advantages in inter-party exchanges as well as has conducted friendly exchanges with the Chinese ruling party-the Communist Party of China,and played a positive role on the development of Sino-Israeli relations in1949-1992.China and the State of Israel,which were established almost in the same era,are two countries of different natures.In 1950 when the second year of the founded of China,Israel,which was founded in 1948,recognized China's existence and legal rights.Although Israel was the first middle-east country to recognize the People's Republic of China,it did not officially establish diplomatic relations with China until January 24,1992.In the stage of relations between China and Israel,at first,the Israeli government acknowledged the legal status of the People's Republic of China at the urging of the Israeli Communist Party,then the Communist Party of Israel has been making tough efforts to realize the formal establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Israel.However,due to the influence of the Korean War and the Cold War,the relationship between the two countries had greatly restricted and entered a terrible period because of their different identities,positions and ideologies.Although the Sino-Israeli relationship become terrible,the Communist Party of Israel had made outstanding contributions to the exchanges of Chinese and Israeli culture.With the start of China's economic reform and opening-up as well as the exchange of the Cold War,China's attitude toward Israel has begun to change.In the late 1980 s,China and Israel started anew round of exchanges under the springboard of the Israeli Communist Party.The inter-party exchanges between the Communist Party of China and the Communist Party of Israel(Rakah)promoted the frequent and open politics interaction between China and Israel.The development of state-to-state relations is often influenced by multiple factors.Sometimes under the constraint of the historical background and international situation,it is not appropriate for national governments to conduct communication.The development of state relations is therefore perplexed.As an important part of the country's foreign relations,inter-party relations are not affected by the limitations of the government's diplomacy and become a favorable way to the development of state-to-state relations in a special period.Paying attention to and making good use of international inter-party contacts is very necessary to the development of relations between countries.
