The Research On Public Mobilization In The Henan-anhui-jiangsu Anti-japanese Base Area(1938-1941)

The Anti-Japanese bases led by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China played an important role in the war of resistance against Japan as a special existence in an extraordinary period.the Henan-Anhui-Jiangsu Anti-Japanese Base Area contained the strength of the Japanese army in the enemy-occupied area of Central China,provided a channel for the contact between the Eighth Route Army of North China and the New Fourth Army of China,and successfully completed the important task of the Chinese Communist Party in developing China and made important contributions to the victory of the Anti-Japanese War.During the establishment of the Anti-Japanese base areas and the development of the military,the mobilization of the people played a key role.In the enemy-occupied area,Peng Xuefeng led the new Fourth Army guerrilla detachment from weak to strong,and the Henan-Anhui-Jiangsu Anti-Japanese base area was small to large,and could not be separated from the support and participation of the people.During the Anti-Japanese War,the mass mobilization of the Henan-Anhui-Jiangsu and Anti-Japanese bases achieved good results in a relatively short period of time and in a changing situation.Under the leadership of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,the military and political leaders of Henan-Anhui-Jiangsu,and Anti-Japanese bases carried out a comprehensive and systematic deployment of the mass mobilization work;mobilizing the enthusiasm of the people from political,military,economic,cultural and other aspects,thus establishing the base area and The growth of the New Fourth Army guerrilla detachment laid a solid foundation.This thesis consists of five chapters.The first chapter begins with a comprehensive exposition of the background and establishment process of the Henan-Anhui-Jiangsu-Japanese base area,in order to form an overall understanding of the establishment of the Henan-Anhui-Jiangsu-Japanese base.The second chapter discusses the content of the mobilization of the people in the base area of Henan-Anhui-Jiangsu,from the political,military,cultural and economic aspects.The third chapter explores the ways and difficulties of mobilizing work in the base areas,and reflects the diversity and effectiveness of the mobilization of the CCP.The fourth chapter and the fifth chapter summarize the contribution and existing problems of the local people's mobilization work.While affirming the effect of mobilizing the work,they constantly sum up the experience and lessons,and provide a reference for how the government handles the relationship with the people.In short,under the critical situation of the war of resistance,the Yu,Su and Anti-Japanese bases established by the leadership of the CPC Central Committee played an important role in stabilizing the war situation in Central China.Through continuous efforts to strengthen the mobilization of the people,the CCP has gradually strengthened its Anti-Japanese base areas and the Anti-Japanese forces have been continuously strengthened.The Henan-Anhui-Jiangsu bases became an important link between the Eighth Route Army of North China and the New Fourth Army of Huazhong.They successfully contained a large number of Japanese and Japanese troops and resisted the attack of the Kuomintang diehards and made important contributions to the victory of the Anti-Japanese War.
