Research On The Construction And Application Of Government Website Architecture Model Based On Emotional Experience

Under the background of "Internet+government services",with the further development of the government's website construction,the whole government website system has been gradually formed.The development of government websites has also gone through a technology-oriented stage and content-oriented stage,and is now gradually entering a service-oriented stage.In a service-oriented stage,The website is designed to provide corresponding services for user needs.The overall construction aims to enhance the awareness and satisfaction of users.Therefore,the satisfaction of the general public has become the focus of the work.Based on the theory of emotional experience and the elements of user experience,this paper conducts in-depth research on two objects,"Government Website Users" and "Government Websites",and on this basis establishes a connection between them,and studies how to achieve the satisfaction of users at different emotional levels,so as to improve user satisfaction in all aspects.Through the study of the user's emotional experience,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the three levels of emotional experience of the instinct layer,the behavior layer and the reflection layer,and explores the emotional needs of users at different levels of the government website;through the analysis of the design level of the government website,deconstructs the strategic layer and scope.The relevant design elements of the layer,structure layer,framework layer and presentation layer establish the hierarchical relationship of user's emotional experience and construct the emotional experience design level of the government website.Starting from the emotional experience of user figuration,it maps the hierarchical relationship of government website construction and builds a government website model architecture based on emotional experience.The paper is designed to improve user satisfaction and enhance the user experience.Starting from mining the emotional needs of users,researching the emotional needs of users' figurative functions,and proposing how to design the different levels of government from different levels of government website design strategies to guide the design of government websites,and to provide guidance for the design of government websites.Satisfaction offers a new perspective.
