Organize Situational Factors On The College Students "village Official" To Study The Impacts Of Job Involvement

College students go to countryside to be "village officials", which is the landmark in the history of Chinese village construction and education. On the surface, college students being "village official" is to solve the problem of employment, but from a deeper sense, it provides the rural with fresh blood, increases rural intelligence resources, reverses talents shortages, and contributes intelligence to the rural all-around construction of the well-off society and socialist new rural construction. College students "village officials" have far-reaching influences on the countryside and farmers. However, how they can go to the village and do well in their work is the focus that the government concerns. This study does empirical research on the problem that affects "village officials" from the level of organization, and aims to put forward management advice about how to do well in their work.This study adopts a qualitative and quantitative method to do systematic study on variables of work devotion organization situation factors and analyzes the influence of work devotion made by these variables. First of all, based on the literature study, interview survey and expert law, this study extracts five organization situation factors variables which affect "village officials" work devotion, and accordingly works out initial questionnaire. Then the study predicts, through the project analysis, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, to obtain the formal questionnaire with good reliability and validity, and determine six organization situation factors variables which affect college students "village officials" work devotion: organizational support, interpersonal relationship, values, the future development, working self-efficacy and reward. By means of the regression analysis and path analysis, it makes a further discuss about six variables’influence on work devotion, forming path chart. In addition, it makes variance analysis of the demographic variable on college students’"village officials" work devotion. Lastly it puts forward management advice on college students "village officials". By systematic study on variables of work devotion organization situation factors, theoretically expand and enrich the research field and the connotation of students "village officials" and their work devotion, practically provides scientific guidance about improvement of work devotion level of college students’"village officials" and the management of them. It has important theoretical and practical significance.
