A Study On The Communication Behavior In Carrying The Duties Of The First Secretary In The Poor Village Under The Background Of Precision Poverty Alleviation

With the development of the basic strategy of the precision poverty reduction and the precision poverty reduction,the institution of the First secretary,which is the main content of the"precision of sending",is becoming more and more important,and the First secretary institution is a great innovation on the road of the development of our country's characteristic poverty alleviation and development.By 2019,our country have sent about two hundred thousand First secretaries.In the poor village,this huge group,in the process of performing their duties,has become an important topic of communication with the grassroots cadres,villagers,original dispatched units and other subjects.The purpose of this paper is to explore the interactive relationship of this group in grass-roots social practice under the background of precision poverty alleviation,,therefore,First Secretary was placed in the rural poverty alleviation field,and the mechanism of interaction between the First secretary and village cadres,villagers,township governments and dispatched units are thoroughly analyzed in order to further grasp the system and mechanism of the First secretary and improve the actual effect of village support.Support of the First secretary in the village practice is involving multiple subjects,the behavioral logic of these different actors has become an important joint force that affects the work of the first secretary.The focus of this paper is to analyse of the interactive relationship and its form between the first secretary and multiple actors.It is found that the interaction between the First secretary and the main body is too weak,the power of the action situation is too strong,and the interaction between the first secretary and the main body is too focused on the elements of interests,human feelings,relationships,and so on.This has undoubtedly increased the costs and risks of interaction,affecting the First secretary's work in the village,and even with serious risk consequences,Causing the First secretary suspended in the governance of rural society.
