Research On The Application Of Social Work In Urban Grid Management

As a new type of urban community management mode,grid management is an important means of"building a social governance pattern of co-construction,co-governance and sharing".At this stage,with the deepening of grid management,optimizing social services has become the top priority of its innovation and reform.Taking the application of social work in the grid management of Q community in Wuhan as an example,this paper conducts an empirical study on the application of social work in the grid management of city by using the methods of literature,interview and observation.Firstly,the feasibility and necessity of applying social work in urban grid management are analyzed,and the existing problems in grid management are pointed out,mainly due to the imbalance between management and service,resulting in the low degree of service refinement and low participation of residents in the community.The relationship between social work and grid management is just the commonality and the consistency of basic goals,which can solve the current situation of"emphasizing management and neglecting service"in community governance.Secondly,it introduces the practice of certificated grid workers' service under the guidance of the concept of social workers and the practice of"professional social workers + licensed grid staff'in social work services,and analyses the effectiveness of the practice.Certified grids use social work knowledge to link service institutions precisely for the needy;integrate the concept of"energy-increasing theory"and"helping people to help themselves"into community self-government services,and enhance residents'participation consciousness;use case work methods to carry out crisis intervention services to solve the sudden difficulties of the special population;use social work methods to organize group activities has enhanced the cohesion of the residents.At the same time,the model of"professional social workers + licensed grid staff" has improved the level of refinement and specialization of services.Through joint community activities,residents'awareness of participation has been enhanced,and it has become one of the important ways to optimize community services.Finally,it points out the problems that still need to be solved in the application of social work in grid management,such as the role conflict of certified grid staff,the lack of service supervision,the low awareness of residents and neighborhood committees on social work specialty,and puts forward corresponding solutions and Enlightenment to the problems,and summarizes the important significance of social work application in urban grid management.
