Since the 1990 s,the rapid spread of network technology has added new issues to traditional international relations, providing new venues for various actors. The United States is the birthplace of the Internet and has advantages of technology and resource in cyberspace. Before domestically produced network equipment was not widely used in China,China had to used network equipment produced by company from the United States and taken serious information security risks for a long time.At present, many network equipment in China, including hardware and computer software, still rely on imports from the U.S.and many Chinese companies need to import core products of information technology from the United States. The information offensive that the United States deliberately launched using the Internet also caused some Chinese people to have politically wrong views, which seriously affected China's political and social stability. In cyberspace,China's dependence on the United States is obvious and vice versa.China's huge number of Internet users and the Internet market are extremely attractive to any Internet company from the United States. The Chinese market is an important source of profit for many Internet companies in the United States. Also, the Chinese voice on the Internet has had a positive impact among Americans, especially young people.Global network problems such as cyber terrorism and cybercrime can not be solved by only one country. The solution of these problems requires the cooperation of the two countries. The interdependence between China and the United States in cyberspace is complex and there is cooperation between the two countries around this relationship. But there is also competition. In recent years,a series of frictions between China and the United States have become the focus of the international community. The significance of the competition between China and the United States in the cyberspace is very complicated. This area is not only related to the national security and social stability, but also involves competition in the field of cutting-edge technology. This paper uses the interdependence theory of neoliberal school of international relations to analyze the interdependence between China and the United States in cyberspace, and divides the interdependence between the two countries in cyberspace into security, economy, society and global cyber problems and explore how the United States uses the advantages of asymmetricinterdependence in the cyberspace to launch an offensive against China and how China responds.
