In his report at the 19th National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping set out a series of new requirements for the modernization of the National governance system and governance capacity,and the great significance of the coordination of multiparty relations in governance.The governance’s internal requirements of equal relations on body,shared relationships on tools,and structural cooperation make the traditional relationship between State and society are endowed with new content in terms of roles and responsibilities.As an important subject in governance,the coordination of relations between the State and society has important governance value.Therefore,from the perspective of governance,this paper probes into the problems of State and society relations from three parts.The first part mainly expounds the theoretical basis and necessity of the study of the relationship between the state and society from the perspective of governance.The basic concepts and theories of the study are discussed:Marx’s thoughts,contemporary China’s thoughts and foreign scholars’thoughts about the relationship between state and society.And explain the necessity of this theme.From views of the governance subject,structure and value orientation,the second part gives a detailed discussion that the governance of the State and society should be in the role and responsibility.And reflect the State and society of the subjectivity of the principle,communication and feedback,value orientation of the stage imbalance.This paper puts forward the possible imbalance between this two in governance and addresses it.The third part puts forward the corresponding countermeasure suggestion to the imbalance question.Mainly from the improvement of social norms system,repair communication mechanism and maintain value trend coordination and consistency.Through the study of Marx’s thoughts on the relationship between the state and society,this paper tries to make a new theoretical analysis of this problem from the perspective of governance,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for harmonizing relations in order to improve the effectiveness of governance. |
