Research On Public Management Of F Community Under The View Of Networked Governance Theory

In the process of urban modernization,the role of the community as the basic unit of social management,with the improvement of China's economic development level,the improvement of people's quality of life and the increasingly prominent social issues are more and more important.The community is the basic environment for residents' lives,and it is also a place where social conditions and public opinions,various contradictions and problems are concentrated.Only when community security is guaranteed can the development and stability of the entire city be promoted,the living standards and quality of life of urban residents can be improved,and the country's harmonious civilization can be promoted.If there is no real guarantee for the safety of the community as a resident's home,it will not only threaten the safety of the individual's life and property,but also have a bad influence on the long-term stability of the entire city and the entire country.Therefore,there is a long way to go to manage the public safety of urban communities.Under the traditional government monopoly management system,the urban community public safety management problem has not been effectively solved,so this paper proposes a new governance model of networked governance proposed by Stephen Goldsmith and William D.Eggs.The middle explorer finds the way.The governance model emphasizes that multiple network participants participate in resource integration,effective communication and linkage,clear responsibility framework and good network governance capabilities based on common value objectives,effectively offsetting the shortcomings of the traditional bureaucratic governance model.Based on the theory of networked governance,this paper comprehensively uses the methods of literature research,questionnaire and interview research,and takes the F community in Shenyang as the research object,and conducts research and analysis on the basis of sufficient research.There are two innovations in this paper,namely,perspective innovation and application area innovation.With this as an opportunity,the article body is written in four parts: First,the related concepts and theories involved in this paper are defined.And combing;Secondly,through the relevant research and data access to understand the current situation of public safety management in F community in Shenyang,and summarize some problems in the community public safety management practice;again,using the network governance theory to public safety in F community In-depth analysis of the causes of management problems;Finally,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the above problems,in order to provide some reference for the solution of public safety management issues in Shenyang F community,to promote the development of the entire city.
