The Research On The Expansion Of College Students' Function As The Village Official Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

General secretary Xi Jinping's important discussion on the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization,is an exposition with high vision,rich content and clear requirements.It's the new era to do a good job in the "three rural" work,promote rural revitalization of the basic follow and guide to action.AS rural revitalization,the key lies in people.In recent years,the CPC central committee has strongly supported and encouraged college graduates to serve in rural areas,contributing to the construction of a new countryside.The arrival of college student village officials not only optimizes the structure and quality of grassroots cadres in rural areas,but also trains and improves college student village officials themselves.But at the same time,from the point of the status quo of current college students' village officials work,how to maximize the strengths of a good college student village official,let the group of young?vibrant youth making great achievements in the countryside as a big stage types,needs to go a long way and further thinking.Therefore,under the background of rural revitalization strategy,it is undoubtedly necessary to conduct a new research on the expansion of college students' village official functions.This paper takes the college-graduate village officials from W county in Yichun city,Jiangxi province as an example,expounding the basic situation and present social function by literature analysis,questionnaire and other methods,also,it analyzes the gap between the present situation and the actual needs under the background of the rural revitalization strategy.Depending on the analysis of outstanding college-graduate village officials' deeds,some reasonable and targeted suggestions are put forward to further improve the function of college-graduate village officials and realize the function expansion,expecting them to "go down,do well,flow moving" and contribute to the revitalization of the countryside.
