With the improvement of women's social status in China,more and more women have joined the ranks of civil servants,and the proportion of female civil servants in leading positions is also increasing year by year.Female civil servants' cognition of their own profession affects their personal career motivation,further affects their personal career behavior,and finally affects the administrative efficiency and the realization of organizational goals.Therefore,how to perfect the career cognition of female civil servants,realize their life value and promote the promotion and development of the public sector is particularly important.Taking fuzhou city as an example,this paper mainly studies the factors affecting the career cognition of female civil servants,analyzes the results of the questionnaire data and proposes solutions to improve the career cognition enthusiasm of female civil servants.Based on Kelly's three degree attribution theory,as actor,objective stimulus and environment as female civil servants career cognitive factors of join dissecting the role of a questionnaire to collect data,by using SPSS software,the influence of four factors on career outcome expectation,career interest and career self-efficacy of female civil servants is analyzed in detail by variance analysis,cross-over analysis and regression analysis.Finally,based on the analysis results,this paper puts forward the specific countermeasures and suggestions to improve the professional cognition of female civil servants from three aspects: the concept of female subject,the irritant and the social environment.
