The professional identity of civil servants is a dynamic profess of individuals' understanding of their jobs in their work.It is the degree of their own professional identity,which mainly includes job identity,job satisfaction,job burnout and turnover intention.Grassroots civil servants are the main force that truly serves the people in the first line,and they are also the main force that takes the people as the center to ensure public awareness and governance for the people,and they are also the people who exercise public power closest to the broad masses of the people.China's grass-roots governance is deeply affected by them,so the professional identity of grass-roots civil servants is crucial.The professional identity of grass-roots civil servants reflects theirviews on the work they are engaged in and their working status.Through the research on the professional identity of grass-roots civil servants,a more humane assessment system can be developed,and at the same time,the professional sense of belonging of grass-roots civil servants can be further improved to effectively improve work efficiency.This research refers to the grass-roots civil servants mainly refers to the civil servants of units below the county level(excluding the county level),including township civil servants,civil servants of units belonging to the county,and civilservants of units located below the county in the vertical management units,the specific definition should be divided according to the actual work,levels,units and other factors.In this study,questionnaire survey method,statistical analysis method,literature research method,interview method and other methods are used to analyze the status quo of the occupational identity of grass-roots civil servants.Through literture analysis,it was concluded that the occupational identity of civil servants was affected by various dimensions.Among them,gender,age,position,salary,educational background,location of work and length of service have a greater impact.Therefore,this study will analyze through seven dimensions.According to the above seven degrees of dominance,a questionnaire was formed and distributed randomly.And a total of 217 valid questionnaires were collected.SPSS2.0 was used for questionnaire analysis,and the results of this study were obtained based on correlation analysis and regression analysis,namely:(1)The questionnaire on occupational of grass-roots civil servants prepared in this study has high reliability and validity;(2)The overall occupational identity level of civil servants is low,the job burnout is serious and the turnover intention is high;(3)In the seven dimensions of gender,age,position,salary,educational background,location of work and length of service,gender has little influence on the occupational identity of civil servants and its significance is not obvious;The professional identity grass-roots civil servants and the growth of age are not obvious;There are significant differences in the professional identity of civil servants in different positions,from the lowest to the highest,which are:division level and above,chief and deputy division,staff member and below;The occupational identity of grass-roots civil servants is affected by salary;The level of education for civil servants will not show obvious difference,does not affect the professional identity of grass-roots civil servants;The professional identity of grass-roots civil servants with long working experience is higher than that of grass-roots civil servants with short workingexperience.
