Research On Improving Strategies Of Innovation-driven Development In Gaozhou Cit

Innovation is the first driving force of economic development.The innovation driving capacity of a country determines its voice in international competition.The same is true of regional economic development.Developed countries such as the United States,Japan and Germany have been in the forefront of the world in terms of economic development speed because they have taken the lead in initiating the innovation-driven economic development model.G is a backward small city in Western Guangdong.It has long relied on the low cost of labor force and resource environment for its development.If the current development model is maintained unchanged,resources will eventually be exhausted,thus losing the source of power for development.If G wants to get out of the current predicament and disadvantage,innovation drive is the inevitable path choice,knowledge innovation,scientific and technological innovation,talent introduction and other necessary measures.The analysis and discussion of G's innovation-driven strategy policy will not only benefit local economic development,but also help to provide theoretical and practical support for the implementation of innovation-driven strategy in the same type of cities and towns.In this paper,case study,comprehensive traditional literature study,qualitative research and other methods are used to study,and the theoretical results of innovation drive at home and abroad are analyzed.The significance of this paper is to take G,a fourth-tier city,as the research object.By analyzing the current domestic and foreign innovation-driven economic development strategy,this paper demonstrates the interaction between science and technology,culture,system and human capital and economic growth,and deduces that innovation-driven is mainly implemented through government guidance,enterprise support and human resources reserve.On this basis,the current situation of innovation-driven economic development strategy in G is studied,the existing problems of innovation-driven economic development strategy in G are found out,and the development strategy of innovation-driven economic growth mode in G is put forward,which also needs to seek breakthroughs in science and technology,system,culture and human capital.At the same time,combined with the regional characteristics of G,it is proposed that G should grasp the basic situation of agricultural city,grasp the development of professional towns,and create a characteristic economy.
