Current Situation,Problems And Countermeasure Research In The Promotion Of Express+ Project In Jiangxi Province

In order to match the development speed of all walks of life,express enterprises and industry authorities actively expand the cooperation mode between express delivery and modern agriculture and manufacturing industry,and the comprehensive service guarantee capability of express industry is constantly improving.In recent years,the postal express industry in Jiangxi Province has continued to grow in scale,and the market main body,network coverage,and the number of employees have increased significantly as a whole.In 2018,the overall development trend of the province's express industry was stable,with 619 million pieces of express business completed and 6.709 billion yuan of business revenue achieved.The total number of parcels received and delivered in the year was 2 billion,and the average number of parcels sent and received per capita was 46,19 times higher than that in 2012.The rapid development of express delivery industry in our province is closely related to the deepening of structural reform on the supply side of the postal industry and the continuous innovation of service modes and modes.Although the development momentum of express industry in Jiangxi Province is rapid,its development mode in serving modern agriculture and manufacturing industry is relatively single,and it is still in a disadvantaged position in the supply and demand industry chain,with a weak voice.Based on literature review and case analysis,this paper introduces the basic concept of "express +" and typical cases of "express +" project in Jiangxi Province,summarizes and analyses several typical modes and characteristics of current "express + modern agriculture" and "express + manufacturing" projects,and points out that the bottleneck problem of "express + project" in promoting express enterprises is reasonable.Lack of profit distribution mechanism,low entry threshold of express market,imperfect industry laws and regulations,unreasonable industry layout planning and so on,so as to put forward countermeasures and suggestions for postal management departments in guiding the healthy development of express enterprises and industry management.
