| With the gradual deepening of the aging phenomenon, the high incidence of disability in the elderly has virtually increased the social burden.Due to the advocacy of filial piety culture and the promotion of filial piety ethics, the main way of caring for the disabled elderly in my country is family care, and due to the improvement of women’s status and the return to the workplace, the miniaturization of 421 family structure, labor mobility, and lack of professional skills of caregivers. The demand for long-term care services in China does not match the existing supply, there is a large shortage of caregivers, and the development of home care and institutional care is relatively slow.Although my country has carried out the pilot work of long-term care insurance, the fragmented and single system model cannot meet the care needs of the huge disabled group in my country. To sum up,it is necessary to establish a long-term mechanism to optimize the supply pattern of long-term care services to solve the current predicament. However, due to the limited unilateral ability of the government and the low degree of participation, the supply and demand of long-term care services cannot be well matched, and multiple efforts and measures are needed.Simultaneously.Combined with relevant literature research results,it is found that age, degree of disability, marital status, education level, economic level, and whether the community provides medical services are all factors that affect the choice of long-term care mode for the disabled elderly. Therefore, combined with the 2018 China Elderly Health Questionnaire, the independent variables that affect the choice of long-term care mode for the disabled elderly are divided into three levels: individual, family and society, including 14 factors, and the dependent variable is the choice of long-term care mode for the disabled elderly, divided into three types: home long-term care, home long-term care and institutional long-term care.In addition, through the multicollinearity diagnosis between the independent variable and the dependent variable,it is judged that there is no linear relationship between the two,so the logistic regression analysis method is considered to explore the influence of various influencing factors and variables on the choice of long-term care mode for the disabled elderly. The results of the empirical analysis show that the degree of disability and marital status among the personal characteristics, the number of children among the family characteristics, and the mode of residence and main source of income among the social characteristics are strongly correlated with the choice of long-term care mode for the elderly with disabilities. Those with low education, living in rural areas, mild disability, surviving spouse, many children, low household income, government financial resources, and social security and commercial insurance were more likely to choose long-term care at home, while those who were middle-aged,living in urban areas, with average education, moderate disability, widowed, few children, and no commercial insurance were more likely to choose long-term care at home, and those who were young, severely disabled, widowed, and not covered by commercial insurance were more likely to choose long-term care at home. Those who are severely disabled, widowed, have few children, are provided with personal care in the community and receive a pension are more likely to choose institutional long-term care.Under the "silver hair wave",in order to fully gather multiple forces to expand socialized pension methods, maximize the effectiveness of family pensions, and take various measures to form a joint force, jointly promote the effective increase in the supply of long-term care services for the disabled, and provide the disabled for the elderly.Provide a diversified pension model.Strengthening legislation as a whole to improve the overall implementation of the long-term care system, improving long-term care services for the elderly from three aspects: improving the professionalism of family caregivers, increasing the provision of service subsidies for elderly families with financial difficulties and serious disabilities, and popularizing barrier-free facilities Accessibility, improve the quality of long-term care for home-based elderly care from three aspects: scientifically adjusting and improving the evaluation index system for the disabled elderly, building an intelligent service model integrating community medical care and nursing, and implementing time banking to make care responsibility public;from correcting traditional misconceptions,Increase support, provide policy support, implement nursing staff training and training plans, and establish a professional,high-level,and continuous long-term care service staff team to strengthen the tolerance of institutional elderly care at three levels.Through the combination of family care, home care and institutional care, the disabled elderly can rely on,rely on,and support for the elderly, and comprehensively improve the sense of happiness, gain and security in their later years. |
