The aging of the population has become a topic of great concern in the world.As a country that has entered an aging society,China must actively carry out actions to deal with population aging,promote comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development of the cause of aging,and address the issue of aging.As a new way of providing for the elderly,the attention of domestic and foreign scholars on the migratory bird-style tourism market has gradually aroused,and migratory bird-style pension tourism has become a new tourism development trendency.Based on the investigation of the migratory bird-type pension market in Beihai City,this paper studied the consumption behavior of migratory bird-aged tourists and its influential factors based on literature analysis,questionnaire survey,ISM and AHP-Entropy.On the basis of reviewing domestic and foreign research on migratory bird-type old-age tourism and tourists'consumption behavior,the concept of migratory bird-type pension tourism and tourism consumption behavior is clear-ly defined,and the related aspects of active pension,consumer behavior,ISM and AHP-Entropy are described.Theoretical basis.Using theoretical analysis and other relevant theoretical foundations.The migratory bird-aged elder-ly tourists in Beihai City were selected as the empirical research objects,and the following data was analyzed by using the survey data of migratory bird-type pensioners'consumption behaviors.Firstly,the characteristics of consumption behavior of migratory bird-aged tourists in Beihai City are analyzed.Secondly,based on ISM and AHP-Entropy,the influencing factors of migratory bird-type pensioners' consumption behavior are analyzed,and the mechanism of action is also based on this.After discussion,it is concluded that the migratory bird-type old-age tourism consumption behavior has a positive correlation with the individual age,economic status,tourism enterprise brand,tourism product quality and tourism product price of migratory bird-type old-age tourists.Finally,based on the above conclusions,based on the age and economic status,from the three dimensions of tourism enterprise brand,tourism product quality and tourism product price,the paper proposes to develop the migratory bird-type old-age tourism in Beihai City,with a view to promoting the migratory bird-style pension market in Beihai.longterm development.The recommendations mainly include increasing the attraction of migratory bird-type old-age tourism,attracting leading brands of migratory birds and old-age tourism,and entering the Beihai.They are committed to creating well-known brands of migratory bird-style old-age tourism,enriching the propaganda ideas of migratory bird-aged tourism brands and broadening the migratory birds.Tourism publicity channels,formulate quality inspection standards for migratory bird-aged tourism products,improve the government supervision system for migratory bird-type old-age tourism,improve the management level of migratory bird-type old-age tourism services,establish and improve the price control mechanism and early-warning monitoring mechanism for migratory bird-type old-age tourism products,and focus on economic development Comfortable migratory bird-style retirement tourism products,and appropriate development of high-end enjoyment migratory bird-style pension products.
