The Young Pioneers activity curriculum is an important part of the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics and an important guarantee for the implementation of the fundamental tasks of the Young Pioneers.By grasping the organization attributes of the Young Pioneers,it guides the children's thoughts and behaviors with unique organizational forms,behavioral cultures and activities.As the mother of the Young Pioneers activity curriculum,the Chinese excellent traditional culture determines the cultural attributes and functions of the Young Pioneers activity curriculum,providing a source of resources for the Young Pioneers activity curriculum,enriching the content structure and form carrier of the Young Pioneers activity curriculum.In view of this,this study follows the idea of “discovering problems – analyzing problems – solving problems”,taking Jinhua City,Zhejiang Province as an example to understand the current status of the implementation of Chinese excellent traditional culture in the Young Pioneers activity curriculum,thus providing the Young Pioneers workers with suggestions that can be referenced.This thesis is divided into six parts: The first chapter is the introduction,which explains the origin and significance of the research,determines the connotation and extension of the Chinese excellent traditional culture and the Young Pioneers activity curriculum,grasps the research method and the research design,the innovation point and the important difficulty of the research.The second chapter analyzes the feasibility of integrating Chinese traditional culture into the Young Pioneers activity curriculum.From the perspective of culture,pedagogy and sociology,this paper analyzes the relationship between the two in spirit,content and practice,and draws the possibility and necessity of this study.The third chapter conducts questionnaires and interviews with 10 primary schools of different natures in Jinhua City,Zhejiang Province,and analyzes the current status of the application of Chinese excellent traditional culture in the Young Pioneers activity curriculum.The fourth chapter analyzes and summarizes the survey data: it is pointed out that the cultural theory and cultural consciousness of the Young Pioneer counselors are deficient,the Young Pioneers' enthusiasm for participating in the Young Pioneers activities curriculum is less motivated,and the Young Pioneers activities based on the Chinese excellent traditional culture are narrow in content,lack of formal innovation,and the evaluation system is not reasonable enough,they are the main problems that currently exist.The fifth chapter further analyzes the weakening of the independence of the Young Pioneers activity curriculum based on the Chinese excellent traditional culture,the unstable construction of the Young Pioneers' counselors and the dislocation of the subjects involved in the curriculum,and the lack of effective support environment are the main cause of problems.The sixth chapter proposes targeted measures from the four dimensions of the teachers,young pioneers,curriculum system construction and implementation guarantee of the Chinese traditional culture into the Young Pioneers activity curriculum,so as to improve the cultural quality and overall quality of the Young Pioneers activity curriculum and form the young pioneers activity curriculum system with Chinese excellent traditional cultural characteristics.
