The Counselor Specialization Research From The Perspective Of The Young Pioneers Activities Curriculum

In September 2012,the Ministry of education of the People's Republic of China issued the notice of the Ministry of education on strengthening the young pioneers activities of the primary and secondary schools:"the young pioneers activities should be a compulsory activity course required by the state"......and the National Young Pioneers Working Committee also specially formulated"guidelines for young pioneers activity course(Trial)":Clear the young pioneers activity curriculum natures,contents,implementation approach.Obviously,all primary and secondary schools and school's Young Pioneers organization will inevitably have to face this new challenge that how to effectively implement the young pioneers activities course.On the basis of the young pioneers activities become the requirements of the provisions of the state compulsory activities,professional connotation of young pioneers counselors will occur some changes,therefore,to investigate the changes of the young pioneers counselors of the young pioneers activity class after the implementation and development strategy is very necessary and valuable.This article through the investigation,experiential summary method,literature research methods and means,to understand the current situation and problems of young pioneers activity curriculum,the evolution of the professionalization of Counselors,and on this basis,from the perspective of the effective implementation of young pioneers activity course,try to think and explore the new connotation and new requirements of the young pioneers counselors specialization,and put forward some suggestions on how to construct the teaching research system and training mechanism to promote professional development of counselors.
