Children,especially primary school students,are in the vicinity of all things are curious,interested in age.Lively is their characteristics.They are also more willing to take an active part in various forms of activities,Activity courses also arises at the historic moment.The Young Pioneers are the place of intellectual education for the young pioneers and the exclusive organization of Chinese children and children to prepare for the future construction of socialism and communism.But its political nature for primary school students,inevitably some boring and difficult to understand,therefore,the implementation of the Young Pioneers course has become an effective support for young players to learn,but also carry a pivotal role.In view of this,the purpose of this study is to study the current situation of the implementation of the current Young Pioneers through the actual research on the curriculum of the Young Pioneers,and to carry out their own research based on the idea of "asking questions-analyzing problems and solving problems".First of all,this article elaborates the reason and research significance of the topic,and summarizes the relevant literatures at home and abroad,and makes a brief understanding of the research status of the Young Pioneers' activities curriculum,and determines their research direction,from organizational consciousness,political enlightenment,moral development,growth orientation and so on four levels to explore the implementation of the Young Pioneers course of the status,and based on these four dimensions of the preparation of the "Young Pioneers Questionnaire" and "Young Pioneers counselor interview outline."Secondly,after four different schools to conduct a questionnaire survey and interviews to learn more about the actual development of the Young Pioneers curriculum,the implementation of the status of the Young Pioneers to summarize the status.Through the investigation,the author found that the Young Pioneers 'activities curriculum has achieved some of the following problems: first,the lack of uniqueness and independence of the Young Pioneers' activities curriculum;secondly,the weakening of the subjectivity,participation and creativity of the young pioneers;Third,the implementation of the Young Pioneers curriculum formalization;Fourth,the Young Pioneers counselors professional lack.Thirdly,we do for the analysis of the problems in the implementation of the Young Pioneers.This study argues that the utilitarian trend of education;the weakening of the organization of the Young Pioneers;the absence of the Pioneers' activity base construction;the lack of attention to the professional status of the counselors is the main reason why the implementation of the Young Pioneers curriculum is not optimistic.Finally,the author based on Dewey's theory of activity and constructivism,combined with organizational principles,political principles,educational principles,practical principles,the principle of autonomy,the principle of children and other six principles to reflect the current implementation of the Young Pioneers.The second,to improve the organization and leadership efforts to effectively implement the Young Pioneers activities courses;Third,optimize the Young Pioneers to organize the construction and activities of the base construction,school,outside the combination;fourth,improve the construction of counselors,to enhance the Young Pioneers counselors,to improve the leadership of the young people,Professional.
