Henan Prefecture-Level E-Government WeChat Platform Operation Status And Optimization Research

In the era of Internet,artificial intelligence and information technology,information activities are undergoing earth-shaking changes.With the increasingly growing user base of WeChat in China,governments at all levels in China are actively building e-government WeChat platform as a new media,and the e-government WeChat platform has become an important channel for the party and the government to contact the people,serve the people and unite the people.As the backbone of the communication between the governments and the public at all levels,the prefecture-level e-government WeChat platform is in the key point of the interaction between the government and the public,and users has a strong sense of regional identity,which is crucial to the construction of the service-oriented government.This study selects 17 prefecture-level WeChat platforms of e-government in Henan province as research objects.By combining theoretical analysis with empirical research,the operation status of WeChat platform of e-government at prefecture-level in Henan province is analyzed from the perspective of objective information data.This study makes an objective analysis of its overall operation,communication influence and information service function,analyzes the development advantages and disadvantages of the prefecture-level e-government WeChat platform in Henan province,and points out its problems in the aspects of communication impact,information service quality,and interactive feedback.Based on prefecture-level WeChat e-government platform development present situation of Henan province,based on information release,business handling,information interaction,the four aspects of the features of innovation,draw lessons from“Shanghai”,“Wuhan”,“Ningbo” and other excellent cases of construction experience,from attaching importance to the promotion of the platform,optimizing the quality of government information,perfecting the information service function,establishing various forms of linkage mechanism to form four aspects put forward the relevant optimization strategy.This study provides a train of thought for giving fullplay to the advantages of the prefecture-level e-government WeChat platform in Henan province,and also provides a reference for the development and construction of other provinces and cities.
