In 2011,with the issuance and implementation of the People's Mediation Law,the “Opinions of the Ministry of Justice on Strengthening the Construction of the Industry Professional People's Mediation Committee” was followed.In this context,in recent years,various provinces and cities across the country and under the jurisdiction of various districts and counties have begun to "build a more professional people's mediation organization." In view of this,this paper takes the representative of the People's Mediation Committee of Marriage and Family Disputes in the X County of Central and South China as the research object,and uses the research methods such as empirical research and data analysis to conduct research and analysis on the people's mediation system of marriage and family disputes,with a view to combing Summarize its useful experience and reflect on improving the related system defects.After several months of observation and interviews,the author has a general understanding of the basic system and operational mechanism of the X County Marriage Commission.The special feature of family dispute resolution is that the government provides funds to guarantee the neutrality of the marriage commission,and employs a professional mediation team to enhance the professionalism of the people's mediation.On the other hand,the X County Marriage Commission also has certain problems in its operational mechanism and personnel structure.For example,the supervision mechanism needs to be strengthened,the return visit mechanism is in the form,the personnel structure is “uneven”,and wages and salaries need to be improved.These problems are largely limited to understanding the use of corrections.For these problems,the author put forward corresponding suggestions,such as establishing a sound mediation supervision mechanism and return visit mechanism through legislation,paying attention to the professionalization of the people's mediation team for family disputes,and guaranteeing mediation funds in various aspects of open source and expenditure reduction.With a view to promoting the improvement of the people's mediation system for family disputes.
