A Study On The Purchase Of Youth Social Work Services By Communist Youth League Of Yunnan

In 2017,the "Medium and Long-term Youth Development Plan(2016-2025)" was promulgated,and it was required to add a content to the guidance catalogue of government purchase services,which is youth social work services.The purchase of youth social work services by the Communist Youth League can effectively promote the transformation of government functions,continuously enrich the supply of social work services,and effectively meet the various needs of youth in their growth and development.Based on the actual situation of work in the region,the Communist Youth League of Yunnan strives to win the support of various departments,integrates the strength of all sectors of society,continues to deepen the purchase of social work services for youth,and solves many problems and difficulties for youth.However,because various levels of government,organization of the Communist Youth League,the masses and other communities have not paid enough attention to youth social work services;management standards are not perfect;the professionalism of personnel involved in the service is not good enough;and the integration of resources is not extensive,there are still many problems that need to be solved urgently in the entire process of purchasing youth social work services,such as some policy are not implemented;the service items are scattered and are not professional;and the service has not formed a brand.This article analyzes the necessity and feasibility of purchasing youth social work services from organization of Communist Youth League and the current situation of purchasing youth social work services by the Communist Youth League of Yunnan.In view of the existing problems and reasons and combined with the practical work of the Communist Youth League of Yunnan,this article also studies the ways and solutions of the Communist Youth League of Yunnan to purchase youth social work services.
