A Study On Social Governance Of New Follow Villager In Liguo Town,Xuzhou

In the new background of The Times,under the framework of villager autonomy system,the state injects a large amount of resources to support rural development.In China's current situation of rural social governance,many rural areas in China is generally facing the country "hollowing out",the villagers autonomy system suspended,villagers and the village two committees centrifugal,marginalisation of law resources,traditional culture decline,rural leadership lacking resources,the problems such as needs to be a force to the endogenous condensed various resources to promote rural revitalization.In order to build a legal and effective rural governance system,efforts should be made to form a governance pattern in which internal forces are autonomous and external forces are embedded.New follow villager,as the endogenous governance resources in rural areas,is a soft governance force that can integrate various forces of administration,autonomy,rule by law and rule by virtue to conduct advantageous governance.The participation of good people in social governance in Liguo town has played an important role in rural social governance,and has solved many thorny problems in rural social governance.Through reading and analyzing the literature,questionnaire survey and interviews,we found that the participation of Xinxiang sages in the social governance in Liguo town has achieved some basic results,this includes improving the level of rural public services,giving full play to the function of inheriting traditional culture,introducing resources to promote economic development,promoting rural grass-roots democracy construction,effectively resolving rural social contradictions,etc..Of course,there are still many problems in the participation of the talents in social governance in Xinxiang: The unclear role orientation of the talents in Xinxiang,the phenomenon of "crossing the boundary" in governance,the difficulty of the return of the talents in Xinxiang,the low recognition of the talents in Xinxiang by villagers,the insufficient content of the participation of the Xinxiang talents in social governance,and the relatively single way of the Xinxiang talents in social governance,etc.The main reasons for these problems are: the lack of understanding of the participation of the talents in social governance in Xinxiang,the imperfect system of the participation of the talents in social governance in new Xinxiang,the lack of environmental conditions for the participation of the talents in social governance in Xinxiang,and the insufficient cultivation of the talents in New Zealand,etc.Based on the practical situation in Liguo,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to further promote the participation of Xinxiang's sages in social governance in Liguo town: Deepen the understanding of Xinxiang's participation in social governance,to strengthen the fundamental principles for the Party organization to guide the participation of the talents in Social Governance in Xinxiang;to establish and improve the system of the participation of the talents in Social Governance in Xinxiang;to scientifically define the responsibilities of the talents in Xinxiang in social governance;and to enrich the content of the participation of the talents in social governance in Xinxiang,we will innovate the ways in which the talents of New Xinxiang participate in social governance,actively encourage the return of the talents of Xinxiang and strengthen the efforts in nurturing the talents of new Xinxiang,improve the environmental conditions for the talents to participate in social governance,and intensify publicity to create a culture atmosphere of talents of new Xinxiang,etc.
