Research On The E-government Service Capability On Pingyang Couty,Wenzhou City

Content: With the rapid development of market economy in Pingyang County of Wenzhou City,the number of enterprises in Pingyang County has increased dramatically,and people's living standards have been improved day by day.The traditional office model can not meet the new needs.In order to improve the office mode and efficiency of government departments,government departments began to turn their attention to the field of e-government services,which gradually increased the research theory in this field.Based on the Zhejiang Provincial People's Government's further reform of the examination and approval system of "running at most once" in the province,it has become an inevitable requirement to realize the high-speed operation of e-government services.The proposal of "running once at most" calls for breaking the existing information barriers,realizing information sharing,realizing data integration among departments,and establishing a unified e-government service platform to reduce the number of people running errands and realize running once at most.This has ushered in a good opportunity for the development of E-government in Pingyang County.This paper takes the development model of E-government in Pingyang County of Wenzhou City as the main body of research,focusing on the positive role played by its e-government system in handling affairs for the masses,and studies how to further improve the speed of government affairs,so as to promote the people's government of Pingyang County to realize its own functional transformation and fundamentally optimize the E-government service capacity of Pingyang County of Wenzhou City.Through the construction of the evaluation system of e-government service capability,using the methods of consulting data,questionnaires,on-the-spot interviews,recording and collecting effective data,the paper conducts in-depth and detailed data investigation,studies and analyses the current situation of e-government service capability in Pingyang County,Wenzhou City,and points out that the ideas found in the research are not paid enough attention;the technical level is not high;the publicity is not enough;and the problems are restricted by the economic level.Analyzing the existing thinking pattern,lacking of core technology,imperfect system and the reasons of unbalanced economic development,it is proposed that we should improve the ideological awareness of cadres,introduce technical talents,develop economy,construct and optimize one-stop service platform,innovate the mode of government service,strengthen propaganda and promote the reform of mechanism to enhance the ability of e-government service in Pingyang County.It is optimized.
