The Research On The Influencing Factors Of Service Capability In Our Country’s G2C Electronic Goverment

With the rapid development of the Internet, related industries are increasingly improved. E-government concept is growing used by more people. G2 C e-government has been generally recognized by the public.E-government is a new mode of rapid rise and widely penetrated into people’s lives. The party’s 18 report made it clear that building a service-oriented government is a major strategic party to implement the scientific concept of development to make both conforms to the trend in the world of public administration development.But also to meet the urgent desire of the masses. Under this backdrop, the Chinese government is going to strengthen self-construction of e-government, trying to build a strong system to e-government services. However, with the continuous improvement in public G2 C market penetration of e-government, and its service capacity issues have gradually emerged and become a major problem that hinder its development. So G2 C E-Government services enhance our ability to become the focus of academia and the business community of common concern. This paper studies the ability of G2 C e Government services influencing factors, and thus find ways and means of enhancing the ability of G2 C e Government services based on the Internet in order to increase public confidence in politics, and ultimately expand our G2 C e-government market.This paper draws on the literature of e-government services capabilities, and analyzes the current of G2 C e-government problems and causes. And on this basis, respectively, from the government organization, government organizations outside the three major aspects of intergovernmental organizations selected 12 variables as factors that affect the ability of e-government services, e-government services in order to establish the ability to influence factor model. Get the following conclusions by empirical analysis: In the G2 C mode, government organizations manage internal e-government strategy planning, government organizations internal culture of environmental factors, government leadership factors within the organization, public awareness of e-government itself, government and human resources within the organization into a collaborative environment, collaboration factors have a significant impact on e-government service capacity factor between IT infrastructure to support national(human, financial, material, method), and governmental organizations.
