| General Secretary Xi Jinping profoundly pointed out in his collective conversation with members of the new leading group of the Central Committee of the League that "the Communist Youth League is the bridge and link between the Party and the young people,and we should plan the reform closely around this duty orientation".The report of the 18 th National Congress of the League emphasized that "under the leadership of Xi Jinping’s socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era,we must persist in reforming the powerful league." This conclusion adapts to the trend of deepening reform in an all-round way,grasps the powerful driving force of the development of the Communist Youth League,and clarifies the main duty of the work of the Communist Youth League in the new era.Reform must focus on the main business.The main task of the Communist Youth League is to be a good assistant and reserve force of the Party in the new era.At present,the main work of the Communist Youth League at all levels is not focused and the main line is not clear.Especially,as an important part of the Communist Youth League,the League school has deviated from its main function of training qualified builders and successors in the long-term development of academic education,and its political responsibility is not in place.Promoting the reform of the League School is an important arrangement made by the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as its core from the overall and strategic level,which is a milestone in the history of the development of the League School.The reform of League schools must adhere to the guiding ideology of socialism with Chinese characteristics in Xi Jinping’s new era,focus on the overall situation of the Party’s youth work,firmly grasp the fundamental position of building a political school with distinctive characteristics in the field of youth work,promote the training of League cadres,research of the Communist Youth League and youth affairs theory and cultivating and training the young talents after the reform of academic education,and highlight political training,divestiture of academic education,innovative school-running methods,to provide intellectual support for the work of the Party’s youth masses and the construction of the Communist Youth League in the new era.This article mainly aims at the reform of the League school under the background of the reform of Labor Union,Women’s Federation and Communist Youth League.Using the methods of nature observation,literature analysis,investigation and research,and interview,this paper discusses how to strengthen the training of League cadres,research of the Communist Youth League and youth affairs theory and cultivating young talents and the training of young talents after the reform of academiceducation.By reviewing the history and functional orientation of the League school,analyzing the necessity and inevitability of the League school’s return to its main functions,the problems and existed and the reasons,by introducing the basic situation of the current reform of the national League Schools and the reform guarantee that make sure the League School’s return to strengthen its main functions,and then put forward concrete suggestions and countermeasures on how to strengthen its three main functions after the upcoming reforms.Thus look forward to providing some theoretical support and reference to the reform of the League school’s return to strengthen its main functions. |
