Research On The Development And Cultivation Of Social Capital In Community Governance

With the continuous advancement of the strategic measures of China's new urbanization,the community appears a remarkable growth trend within the urban organism.As a region where Chinese residents live together,how to manage the community properly has an inseparable relationship with the healthy and orderly development of local cities to some extent.Community governance is an effective integration of relevant governance concepts in community management.It refers to the joint efforts of many community entities associated with community organizations to solve common problems in the community and to solve the process of public affairs within the community.The ultimate goal of doing this is to maximize the public interest through the different superior resources and operational forces that each party has.This paper studies the article through six parts: The first part is the introduction,which briefly summarizes the research background in terms of meaning,literature review,research objectives,content and research methods.The second part is the core concept and theoretical basis,mainly from the concept of social capital theory and governance theory.The third part introduces the concept of unit-type community and commercial housing community,and then conducts a questionnaire survey on the Hecheng community.The fourth part mainly analyzes and studies the actual situation of most of the community governance in China,so as to find the cause of the problem.The fifth part puts forward the countermeasures to improve community governance on the basis of the above content.The sixth part is the conclusion and outlook.It briefly summarizes the content of the research and thinks about the future development.Through empirical research on the Hecheng community,we can learn that the governance of the Hecheng community is more motivated and effective under the influence of social capital;the governance of the Hecheng community will have some problems under the influence of the lack of social capital;The governance of the honest community not only has a positive effect but also a certain negative effect under the influence of social capital.Therefore,the suggestions given in this paper on the problems existing in the status quo of Hecheng community governance include improving community norms,enhancing community trust,and building community networks.
