Research On The City Public Emergency Of Management

At present,China is in a critical period of reform and opening up and social transformation,and also in a period of highlighting social contradictions.Public emergencies management has become one of the hotspots of academic research due to the frequent occurrence of public emergencies.Urban public safety is a necessary condition for social stability and people's happy life.China has not yet developed a mature theory of urban emergency management,and the current management mode of urban public emergencies has been unable to meet the emergency needs of public emergencies.How to deal with public emergencies in a timely and effective manner is a subject that the government should research at present.Taking Shuozhou City as an example,this research objectively analyses the current situation of public emergencies management in Shuozhou City.Based on the theory of urban disaster science and the theory of public safety management,this research combines theoretical analysis with case analysis to study the problems in emergency management work in depth.The model of "big emergency response" is put forward.It is the integrated emergency strategy with the Municipal Emergency Management Committee as the decision-making body and the Municipal Emergency Management Bureau as the implementation body.In order to make the government emergency management work to rise to a higher level and ensure the high-quality development of society to the greatest extent,under the background of the "big emergency response" system,this research puts forward the following four specific suggestions on how to deal with urban public emergencies: prevention beforehand,efficient disposal in the event,improvement of afterwards security,and strengthening publicity and education.
