Study On The Urban Development Of Ruili From The Perspective Of Sino-Myanmar Relations

Ruili is located in the west of Yunnan Province,bordering the Union of Myanmar on three sides.It is located in the Ruili River Valley with the Mujie area of Shan Bang,Myanmar.It is connected by mountains and rivers,interlaced with Yemo,with the same ethnic origin.It has two first-class ports,Ruili and Wangao,and Sister Suo Border Trade Zone managed by"domestic and foreign customs".It is the core area of China's economic and trade cooperation with Myanmar and the land link with India.The best export of Duyang.In the view of the relationship between the surrounding countries,as the important development strategy of the"One Belt and One Road",China faces the economic and political cultural radiation center of Southeast Asia in South Asia,and has made a higher request for Ruili in the aspects of urban governance and urban development.Based on the quantitative analysis of factor analysis model,combined with the basic connotation of the functions of border cities and the characteristics of border cities,this paper studies the local development models and basic methods.In particular,combined with the current policy of "one belt and one road"by general Secretary Xi Jinping,we should examine the development and opening up of Ruili from a higher level,and guide the development of Ruili key ports and the development of local economy.The author analyses the problems existing in Ruili from macro and micro perspectives,combines with the international perspective,investigates the background of Sino-Myanmar relations,and explores the local development model.In order to conduct in-depth research on the local development mode,the author uses SWOT analysis to study the inherent advantages and disadvantages of Ruili city development,as well as the opportunities and challenges it faces.Through investigation,it is found that Ruili has both opportunities and challenges for development.Ruili has unique advantages in location,resources and economic ports.However,at present,the policy communication between Ruili and Myanmar is not smooth,funds and talents are relatively scarce,and some advantages have not been exploited.Based on the history of Ruili's development and the statistical data of Ruili and Horgos ports,factor analysis model is used to find out the important factors affecting the local development,which can be excavated in depth to find out the specific path and solution of the local development.Through the research,the author believes that Ruili should seize the development opportunities of China and Myanmar in the new era to formulate urban development strategies and vigorously promote social construction,economic growth and logistics development.The local government should change the guiding ideology of development,strengthen the role of the government,improve the level of personnel work,find industries suitable for local development.At the same time,we should give full play to the potential of these advantages and enhance the economic benefits of the region from the perspective of quality and quantity.Secondly,considering Ruili's unique geographical advantages and numerous ports,it can be integrated and upgraded,coordinate the advantages of all aspects,and promote economic and trade exchanges in the way of cross-port linkage,thus becoming an important engine for the development of the region.Finally,with the regional linkage effect,the"port group",which combines both external and internal solidarity,has been demarcated as an important trade stronghold which has an impact on the region and international market,and promotes the layout and construction of "one belt and one road" in China.
