The development of the old system of forestry institutions is being challenged by similar forestry enterprises.However,the development of forestry institutions can not be separated from the improvement of the quality of forestry professionals.Under the background of institutional reform,employees of forestry institutions are also undergoing subtle changes.Reform is imminent,and if it can not adapt to the trend of market economy,They will face the double pressure of changes in their own institutional reforms and challenges from their external competitors,which will make the survival of forestry institutions face a severe test.It is necessary to understand the incentive problem of the personnel in forestry institution in advance,and to perfect the process of optimizing the incentive mechanism of forestry institution.Therefore,based on the comprehensive incentive model,this paper combines the characteristics of employees in forestry institutions to find the imperfect part of their existence.This article takes L forestry institutions in Hunan Province as the research object.On the basis of studying incentive theory at home and abroad,it mainly uses the combination of comprehensive incentive theory and two-factor theory to read a large number of documents,collect internal data,visit conversations,and conduct questionnaires.The author combs,integrates and refines the present situation of the unit,carries on the empirical investigation and analysis,obtains the needs and existing problems of the employees of the unit,and puts forward the optimization model on the personnel incentive mechanism,and puts forward the optimization plan and measures.This paper not only analyzes and deals with the problem of personnel motivation in the course of reform of L forestry institutions,but also provides reference for employees of related institutions facing reform in the future.
