Research On The Legal Liability Of Railway Passenger Transport Delay

In recent years,there have been cases of delay passengers claim cases on railway passenger trains,but there are different opinions on whether passengers should get compensation.In the law.Railway companies are obliged to deliver passengers on time.Due to the reasons of the railway companies,it shall be liable for compensation later.This is not only an inevitable requirement for comprehensively promoting the rule of law,but also an inevitable requirement for effectively protecting the legitimate rights and interests of passengers.This paper analyzes the difficulty of railway passenger trains delay,and combines the foreign legislation and the regulations of other transportation industries in China,based on this,puts forward the idea of perfecting the delay legal liability system of passenger trains in China.The full text has five parts.The first part is the introduction,mainly this paper studies the background of the delay problem of passenger trains,the purpose and significance of the research,the main concepts,the innovation of the paper and the main content and structure.The second part is the status quo of the delay legal liability of passenger trains in China,and then elaborates the basis for improving the legal liability of passenger trains delay.The third part is the reference system of passenger train delay legal liability,analyzes the foreign legislative situation,and the regulations of other transportation industry in China on delay liability.The fourth part is the idea of perfecting the late legal liability system of railway passenger trains in China.Finally,I draw conclusions and put forward my own opinions on the compensation standards and limits of passenger trains.The purpose of this paper is to improve the legal liability system of passenger trains to protect the legitimate rights and interests of passengers,improve the train's punctuality rate,enhance the core competitiveness of railway transport enterprises,and enhance the overall welfare of the society.
