| China has entered a stage of population aging and has produced a series of social problems.It has encountered great challenges.For example,in the aspect of old-age care,the traditional family pension system is no longer suitable for the development of the old-age system in today's society,and needs improvement.Faced with the huge elderly population and the increasingly prominent population aging problem,the community home care system has entered people's vision and accepted,and has become a new form of modern pension model.The thesis takes the urban community home care service as the research topic,and takes the Yuquan District of Hohhot as the research object,and uses the research methods such as investigation research method and statistical analysis method to the elderly and community in the community under the jurisdiction of Yuquan District,Hohhot.Staff,elderly people and other groups conducted questionnaires and interviews and analyzed them.The following points were obtained through the research of the thesis.First,there are problems and reasons for the community home care services.The main problems are that the elderly in Yuquan District do not have a high understanding and misunderstanding of the community home-based pension policy,the elderly in Yuquan District do not have a high understanding and misunderstanding of the community home-based pension policy,the enthusiasm of the elderly to participate in the community home-based pension is not high,the overall facilities in Yuquan District are inadequate,the service level and quality are not high,and the community home-based pension service lacks funds inflow.The reasons for the problems include insufficient publicity by the government,the impact of traditional pension concept on community home-based pension services,insufficient investment in government facilities and inadequate follow-up management,inadequate allocation of professional staff and incomplete establishment of assessment system,and a single source of funds for community pension services construction.Secondly,the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the service of home-based old-age care in Yuquan District are as follows:the government of Yuquan District needs to intensify propaganda,raise awareness,raise awareness of public service and participation of other social forces,improve all kinds of supporting facilities and services for home-based old-age care in Yuquan District,strengthen training and assessment of service personnel,and improve the system of diversified supply funds. |
