Research Based On The Cases Of The Practice Of Ten Minutes Pension Service Cirlce Of Community Home Care In The City Of Chengdu Wenjiang

In recent years, China’s population aging speed is accelerated, the rapid increase of the elderly population. Population aging will bring the most direct problem is pension. Pension problem is not a new problem, but with the change of population structure in China, the pension mode is changing. The traditional way of providing for the aged is the home and the organization. Traditional family pension is mainly depend on the child’s care, but with the family size gradually reduced and the transformation of the young people’s life style, so that family care of the problems and difficulties are increasingly prominent. China is still in the primary stage of socialism, the development of public welfare pension institutions in China lags behind, while the old people’s income and mental factors, institutional pension can not meet the needs of the elderly.Old people are willing to live in their own familiar environment. The family is still the best place to enjoy the elderly. With the continuous development of economy and society, community service is produced and developed rapidly. Along with the community service has the characteristics of welfare, service, mass and geography. If we can make full use of community service network and related resources, through strengthening and expanding the community elderly welfare services, a full range of old-age pension problems to solve, will be a breakthrough.
