Research On Institution For Old-age Care Issue In Yu Quan District Of Hohhot City

Entering into the 21st century, China has rapidly grown into society of aging of population. Report of 18th Party Congress points out the issue of improving people’s life, actively deal with the issue of aging of population, and constantly development the service industry for aging population. The old-age care issue is becoming one of the most important people’s livelihood the Government pays attention to, which is related to everybody’s real interest and vital to the stableness and development layout of the whole society. Accelerating the construction of our society’ s old-age care serving system, perfecting the policy and regulation system of social old-age care serving, and ensuring the effective guarantee of the needs for the old-age care have important and deep practical significance to China’s social system reform.Starting from the above, this paper makes the current situation of Yu Quan District’s institution for old-age care the study object. Based on the relevant theory, the author adopts the method of documents research, data research, questionnaires and interviews to know the life of the old-age in the district. In the meantime, the author also studied the successful experience of the institution for old-age care in Hong Kong District, USA and Japan etc. Based on the above, the author finally brings up the strategy and advice on institution for old-age care in Yu Quan District. Hopefully it can be some reference to the institution for old-age care issue. The chapter which made a general conclusion of the whole paper based on the conclusion of every chapter above to bring up reasonable advice on the development of Institution for old-age care. It is also the purpose of this paper.
