| Government information disclosure is an important part of public management and a hot topic and practical problem in China.Since?Regulations of the People's Republic of China on government information disclosure?was formally implemented in 2008,the government information disclosure work of Jiangxi province has made great progress and also has some shortcomings.In particular,since premier Li keqiang proposed the reform of "fangguanfu" in 2015,in which the government should streamline administration,delegate power and improve administration and management in combination with the service optimization,we found that there is still a lot of room for improvement in the service optimization of government information disclosure in Jiangxi province.This paper taked Jiangxi province's government information disclosure as the specific research object,selected the reform of "fangguanfu" as the research background and the convenience degree of social public access to government information public service as the research angle,taked the enacting of ?Regulations of the People's Republic of China on government information disclosure? as the starting point.This paper was carried out according to the research method of "thinking about problems--proposing problems--analyzing problems--solving problems".Through a statistical analysis of the ten years of implementation of the regulations in Jiangxi province,this paper summarized the progress and shortcomings of Jiangxi province's government information disclosure work objectively,analyzed the causes of the problems,and argued that in the background of "fangguanfu" reform,through improving the legal system and the ability of government departments and the quality of information,carring out the one-stop information disclosure service work style and expanding the social public participation,can improve the quality of service of government information disclosure in Jiangxi province effectively. |
