Under the goal of building China into a modern socialist country in an all-round way,the requirements of the Party and the government must change with the change of the times.Party and government functionaries at all levels must adapt to the new situation and constantly improve their ability to work.Cadre training is an essential part of improving the ability and sense of responsibility of party and government functionaries.And in the training of cadres,the role of the party school can never be ignored.It can be said that the party school has played a leading role in the overall situation in the training of cadres,and the size of the role played by the party school has a direct bearing on the efficiency of the cadres in the work of our country's public servants.It is only by improving productivity that we can better build the convenience of the people.A pro-populist party and government.On the basis of the theory,we can analyze the theory of human capital,the theory of new public management,the theory of training and transformation.In practice,we should see the important role of party school training to enhance the movement of public servants.In the future,we should pay more attention to the role of party school training in order to improve the efficiency of cadres' work in this way.In view of this,this paper takes the Party School of Shenzhen C District as an example to study the problems related to the performance evaluation of the training of the grass-roots party schools.First of all,this paper introduces the research background,significance and relevant literature review,and emphatically summarizes the relevant theoretical basis of this study,including human capital theory,new public management theory,training transformation theory,Learning organization theory and so on.Then it expounds the party schools and functions of our country,analyzes the orientation,basic mode and operation process of the training of party schools at present,and analyzes the necessity of constructing the evaluation system of the training effect of the party schools and the main composition of the evaluation system of the training effects.Then focus This paper analyzes the exploration of the training performance evaluation system of the Party School in Shenzhen C District,and the problems and reasons of the training performance evaluation system.Finally,on the basis of the previous research,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the training performance evaluation system of the Party School in Shenzhen C District,which mainly includes the following aspects: value-oriented orientation,setting up a scientific training performance evaluation concept,Promote the diversification of evaluation subjects,improve evaluation indicators,innovate evaluation methods,improve the performance evaluation system of cadre education and training,and so on.It is hoped that through the research cases of this paper,we can have a deeper understanding of the theory,at the same time,we can also better use the theory to guide the practice and give full play to it.The practical effect of cadre training.
