| This article takes Marx’s thought of the right to education as the research object.It not only discusses the historical pertinence embodied in its forming process and basic content from the angle of history,but also horizontally analyzes the multiple connotations of Marx’s thought on the right to education and their relationship with each other,and explores its contemporary value combined with the actual situation of the right to education in China.The first chapter mainly expounds the historical background,the theoretical origin and the forming process of Marx’s thought of the right to education.“The historical background” section illustrates the subjective and objective reasons that Marx attaches great importance to workers’ right to education.“The theoretical origin” section is mainly extract the important aspects that are closely related to Marx’s idea of the right to education from the four sources of Marxism theory to carry out discussion.In its “forming process”,it is briefly summarized in stages relying on the whole of Marx’s thought and the changing context of education thought and right thought.The second chapter chiefly concludes and explains the basic content and characteristics of Marx’s thought of the right to education.The first sections discuss the “theoretical principle” of Marx’s thought of the right to education.The second section is the focus of the whole chapter and even the whole article,which mainly expounds the “basic content” of Marx’s thought on the right to education.Among them,regarding the existence of the right to education at different historical stages,the historical progress and limitation of the “formal equality” of the working class’ s right to education under capitalist conditions,the “possibility space” of the connotation and extension of the equal right to education that was strived for and continuously expanded by the proletariat under the conditions of capitalism,the difference in nature of “education run by the government” and “education run by the government” in guaranteeing the right to education of the working class,the status of the right to education in the first stage of communism,etc.The discussion of these issues is the concentrated embodiment of the author’s creative thinking.The third section expounds the “basic characteristics ”of Marx’s thought of the right to education.The third chapter deeply excavates the contemporary enlightenment of Marx’s thought on the right to education from three dimensions: education fairness,education right protection and enlightenment of right consciousness.Specifically,the author thoroughly analyzes and interprets Marx’s thought of the right to education,especially the incisive exposition on the difference of rights and distribution of rights under socialist conditions embodied in Marx’s “Critique of the Gotha Programme”.From this point of view,the issues of education fairness,the protection of the right to education and the awareness of the right to education in contemporary China are considered.The relevant research perspective and analysis contents are innovative to a certain extent. |
