Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Youth Entrepreneurship In Jiangxi Province

With the promotion of the national public entrepreneurship and the innovation policy of the masses,the development and entrepreneurship in all parts of the country are uneven.The enterprises in the underdeveloped areas,represented by Jiangxi,are increasing year by year.The industry is mainly distributed in the third industry.The main business income and capital size are mainly below 10 million yuan.The intensity of R & D investment of the enterprise in the province is far below the international standard.The growth,profitability and innovation of young entrepreneurial enterprises are better,but less than 2% of those who can survive more than two years.Venture capital is generally faced with such problems as lack of funds,lack of talent,difficulty in market promotion,low efficiency in technology input,lack of support policies and lack of entrepreneurial experience.The purpose of this paper is to systematically sort out the support policies for youth entrepreneurship at the national level and in Jiangxi Province in recent years,and to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of the policies,and draw lessons from the experience of supporting youth entrepreneurship in developed regions at home and abroad,strengthen policy support,build an entrepreneurship platform,develop entrepreneurship education,create a fair environment,optimize the financial environment and establish an atmosphere of public opinion.
