Study On The Lack And The Reconstruction Of Contract Spirit In Contemporary Chinese Society

The report of the 19 th National Congress pointed out: "We must cultivate and practice the core values of socialism.We must promote the building of honesty and integrity of voluntary services,and strengthen the awareness of social responsibility,awareness of rules,and dedication." Building a system of integrity,including the spirit of contract,the construction of the socialist core values and the cultural construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics is the true meaning of the topic.However,in contemporary Chinese society,the spirit of social contract is lacking.In the political field,some government actions are out of order,and there are still loopholes in the construction of the rule of law.Some government officials are inefficient,and some officials use their power to carry out rights trading,rights trading,and rights trading.Such phenomena have seriously affected the image of the government.In the economic field,a variety of goods that do not meet the national standards are frequently found in enterprises.Some enterprises have maliciously owed wages to migrant workers.And tax evasion and taxation are serious,which has greatly affected the development of enterprises.In the field of culture,the atmosphere of the contract culture is becoming weaker and weaker,and the dross cultures such as dishonesty continues to erode the traditional culture.In the social field,social morality has been severely degraded.The individual's untrustworthy behavior has been frequent,and various social frauds have occurred frequently.In all fields,there has been extremely insincerity and the spirit of contract has been seriously lost.Under such social phenomena,we should reflect on the source of the lack of contractual spirit,how we can prevent and reduce untrustworthy behavior,and how we can better regulate the behavior of governments,enterprises,and individuals.This is the purpose of the author's choice of this topic.Contract as a kind of contract is the product of the rights and responsibilities of the parties.The contractual relationship connects individuals and society,between individuals and individuals,and between individuals and nature.This gives the spirit of contractual regulation in the present era and helps regulate the relationship between individuals,society,and nature.It is a necessary modern spirit in a harmonious society.How to improve the status quo of society by fostering the spirit of contract to build a society of integrity is the main issue of this thesis.This article is divided into 4 parts:The first part mainly explains the connotation and value analysis of the contract spirit.It focuses on the contract and its contract spirit,the connotation of the contract spirit,and the contemporary value analysis of the contract spirit.The second part mainly examines the historical evolution of the contract spirit.This section analyzes the origin of the ancient contract spirit,the historical investigation of the western contract spirit and the contemporary continuation of the contract spirit.The third part mainly analyzes the manifestation and causes of the lack of contractual spirit in contemporary China.This part is the focus of the article,first analyzes the concrete manifestations of the lack of contract spirit in the political,economic,cultural,social and other fields;secondly,it deeply analyzes the spirit of China's social contract from the aspects of political environment,economic basis,cultural atmosphere,civic awareness and judicial system,the reason for the missing.The fourth part mainly explains the reconstruction of the spiritual path of China's social contract.First of all,it briefly analyzes the principle of integrating theory with practice and liberty and equality that must be observed in the spiritual reconstruction of China's social contract.Finally,it focuses on analyzing the path of spiritual reconstruction of China's social contract,including optimizing the market economic development environment;strengthening the construction of the rule of law government and leading the cultivation of contract spirit;building a social credit system,cultivating a contract spirit;inheriting a culture of integrity,promoting awareness of citizenship contracts;actively promoting the construction of the legal system and strengthening the spirit of the contract;strengthening honesty education and create a social atmosphere of honesty and trustworthiness.
