Design And Implementation Of Video Surveillance System For Police Affairs

The video surveillance system for police affairs is mainly developed for the supervisors of provincial and municipal public security ministries to help solve various problems of surveillance.The police video resource processing function can make the inspectors pay attention to the police law enforcement and handling cases through real-time video live broadcasting on the platform,and the details of the police on duty.It can also capture and videotape the data in the video,realize the functions of tracking and reconnaissance all day,fixing evidence and so on.It can also refine and label the collected video image resources,and classify and retrieve them.The function of abnormal event automatic monitoring can realize the function of abnormal object intrusion automatic alarm.When the inspector is absent,the system can automatically identify some problems in monitoring.The alarm management and configuration can realize the configuration of alarm function.When an alarm occurs,it can automatically take measures to deal with it,which improves the efficiency of alarm processing.The function of police review is to conduct a specific investigation on the satisfaction degree of police work of police officers,and to supervise and deal with matters that are dissatisfied with the masses.The task processing function of video surveillance is to deal with errors and problems in online surveillance,correct non-standard phenomena in the police surveillance team,and vigorously improve the overall level and efficiency of public security surveillance.The statistical analysis function of the system includes the statistics of user operation,system operation and maintenance,police operation and supervision task processing.This video surveillance system is my internship task in the internship stage.I am responsible for the development of the back-end of the main functions of the system and the design and implementation of the database.I am also responsible for the improvement and implementation of some algorithms.The function modules I designed include police video resource processing,alarm management and configuration,automatic alarm of abnormal events,police affairs review,video supervision task processing,video system statistical analysis,etc.In the aspect of automatic warning of abnormal phenomena,moving object recognition algorithm is used to automatically monitor foreign body intrusion.At present,the overall function of the system has been developed.After testing,it has been successfully put on line and entered the trial operation stage.The project runs well and the application effect is outstanding.The system after going online solves some key problems in the application of video surveillance,effectively solves the problems of insufficient police surveillance force and limited time and space of surveillance,and realizes the whole process,all-weather and all-round surveillance of violations of discipline in law enforcement activities and various services of public security organs to external windows.Faced with the increasingly complex public security situation,the police use this system to improve the efficiency of work and improve the way of supervision.
