Research On The Path Of Multi-subjects Cooperation And Co-governance Under The Construction Of The Beautiful Countryside

"Three rural issues" is an important problem that must be solved to win the victory Of a moderately prosperous society in all respects and realize the Chinese dream of Great rejuvenation the new era.Since the "beautiful China" was proposed at the 18th CPC national congress,rural construction has been steadily promoted nationwide.Remarkable results have been achieved in improving rural infrastructure construction and improving people's livelihood.The report of the 19th national congress of the communist part of China put forward the strategy of revitalizing rural areas for the first time,which highlights the party's and the country's plans for the development of Three rural issues.Under the guidance of XiJinping's thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era,the construction of Beautiful villages is undoubtedly an integral part of rural revitalization.And under the Construction of the beautiful countryside,government,village self-government organizations,foreign enterprises,social organizations,villagers,and many other subjects cooperate,showing their own advantages to help construct beautiful countryside.But,there are,competition,conflicts and interests among them.In addition,the main body participation is not active and there is a shortage of funds.These problems directly have an influence on the construction of the beautiful country.Based on the governance theory,this study analyzes the structure,preference and interest relationship of the government,village autonomous organizations,foreign enterprises,social organizations and villagers in the construction of beautiful countryside.On the basis of the analysis framework,this paper makes an empirical analysis of the case of cooperation and co-governance of multiple subjects in PingZhai village and draws a conclusion.A mechanism coordinating the interests should be built,the multiple roles and the role of multiple subjects should be strengthened,and the guarantee system of multi-subject cooperation and co-governance should be improved.From above-mentioned three aspects,the paper explores the path of multi-subject cooperation and co-governance in the construction of beautiful countryside.It is conducive to coordinating the interest relationship between the government,village autonomous organizations,foreign enterprises,social organizations and villagers in the construction of beautiful villages,striving for the injection of multiple forces,forming a community of interests and effective cooperation to promote the construction of beautiful villages.
