Reserch On Improving The Efficiency Of Administrative Supervision In Fangcheng District Based On The Interaction Theory Of Policy Implementation

Government supervision,supervision and inspection of government affairs,timely detection and resolution of problems and contradictions are important ways and means to promote the implementation of government decision-making,improve work style,improve efficiency and ensure the smooth flow of government decrees.At present,there are still many problems in the government supervision,which cause the inefficiency of the supervision.Under this background,the study of the government supervision is of positive significance to promote the efficient implementation of government policies.The interactive theoretical model of policy implementation and the analysis of the implementation status of government supervision are to explore the relationship and interaction between the executive subjects(local government supervision agencies),the affected parties(supervision agencies,the public)and the policy environment(economic environment,institutional conditions).It has high applicability.In this paper,the applicability of the government supervision in Fangcheng District is analyzed by using the interactive theory model of policy implementation.Through the study of the current situation of supervision,the problems affecting the effectiveness of supervision are found,and the countermeasures are put forward.This paper focuses on how to improve the efficiency of supervision,which consists of six chapters.Chapter 1 puts forward the environment and research value of the research subject,screens and collates the current situation of the government inspectors in the academic circles under the domestic and foreign background,carries out systematic analysis and research through these data,clarifies the research direction and theme of this paper,and puts forward the general framework of this paper.Chapter two elaborates the concepts of government supervision,explains the specific meaning of the interactive theoretical model of policy implementation,and analyses the applicability of theoretical tools.Starting from the connotation of policy interaction theory,it discusses the relationship between relevant concepts and theories and research objects.The third and fourth chapters analyze the current situation of government supervision in Fangcheng District,and put forward the problems of insufficient attention paid by the supervised departments,low participation of the public,inadequate content of government supervision to meet the needs of departments and the public,rigid function of supervision,inadequate rational use of the results of government supervision,and positioning the interaction of policy implementation.From the perspective of theoretical model,this paper analyses the root of the problem from the perspectives of divergence of ideas and perceptions between the supervisory department and the supervised department,poor communication between the supervisory department and the public,lack of close connection between the policy executors and the actual needs of the policy objects,low responsiveness of the means of policy implementation to the changes of training reality,and the influence of external environment and conditions on the effectiveness of government supervision.Source.The fifth chapter chooses the experience of government supervision in other areas and considers its enlightenment to Fangcheng District.Chapter 6 combines the interactive theoretical model of policy implementation,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the effectiveness of grass-roots government supervision from the perspective of practical operation.
