Influencing Factors And Optimizing Strategies Of Communication Effect Between Government And The Public In The Construction Of Neighborhood Avoidance Facilities

With the rapid development of economy,the construction of neighborhood avoidance facilities is increasing,and the incidents of neighborhood avoidance conflicts are also increasing gradually,which has become a major issue affecting social stability and economic development,and poses a serious challenge to the national governance system and governance capacity.For the effective way to solve this kind of problem,we should start with the communication between the government and the public,and analyze the influencing factors of the communication effect between the government and the public in the construction of neighborhood avoidance facilities,which is not only conducive to solving the problems in the realistic situation,but also to putting forward targeted countermeasures,and has a positive impact on relevant academic theories.On the basis of collecting relevant documents and materials,combining with information management and communication theory,deliberative democracy theory,group dynamics theory and social conflict theory,this paper puts forward the general theory of communication between the government and the public,including the connotation of communication between the government and the public,the significance of communication between the government and the public,the process of communication between the government and the public,the way of communication between the government and the public,and between the government and the public.Channel application of public communication,etc.Taking the site selection of Xiangtan Municipal Waste Incineration Power Plant as a case,the residents around the plant were investigated on the spot to understand the effect of communication between the government and the public in such incidents.Based on the research literature and related theories,this paper puts forward research hypothesis on the influencing factors of the communication effect between the government and the public in the construction of neighbourhood avoidance facilities,and comprehensively uses the statistical methods of descriptive statistics,regression analysis and correlation analysis to analyze the influencing factors.At the same time,some suggestions are put forward to optimize the communication effect between the government and the public,including establishing a communication culture system between the government and the public,changing the way of communication between the government and the public,broadening the channels of communication between the government and the public,and enhancing the credibility of the government.
