Research On The Influencing Factors Of Government-Civil Communication Of Government Micro-blog

In recent years,with the progress of science and technology and the rapid development of the Internet,under the background of China's "Internet +" policy,it is inevitable for the government to integrate government affairs with the Internet.Microblog is a derivative of Internet and contemporary information technology.Because of its instantaneity,convenience,originality and grassroots characteristics,microblog has become an important way for the public to communicate and reflect their interests.The emergence of government micro-blog makes it possible for citizens to communicate and interact with the government effectively.The government publishes government information,interacts with the people and promotes the image of the government through government micro-blog.The people put forward their demands and opinions through government micro-blog,so as to realize the good communication and interaction between the government and the people.By using the theories and methods of political communication,public opinion waterfall and persuasion,taking "Xi'an Publishing" as the research object,and through the field investigation and empirical analysis of "Xi'an Publishing",this paper probes deeply into the factors affecting the communication between the government and the people in the government microblog,and puts forward some relevant suggestions to promote the communication between the government and the people in the government microblog.This paper finds that the interaction between government and citizen is significantly related to the content,form,time,timeliness and language style of micro-blog.Therefore,through the study of individual government micro-blog government-citizen communication,we can think about the whole government micro-blog government-citizen communication environment and put forward relevant suggestions,and make further contributions to improve the government-citizen communication in our government micro-blog.This paper consists of five parts: introduction,core concepts and theoretical basis,the operation status and impact of Xi'an Publication,research hypothesis and model construction that affect the communication between government and citizen on micro-blog,and some suggestions to promote effective communication between government and citizen on micro-blog.The first chapter is the introduction,which describes the background and significance of government micro-blogging and the research status of government-citizen communication at home and abroad;the second chapter describes the core concepts and theoretical basis of government micro-blogging;the third chapter makes a specific definition and description of "Xi'an Publishing";the fourth chapter describes the current situation of government-citizen communication at home and abroad.“ The research hypothesis and model construction of the influence of "Xi'an Publication" as an example are the core part of the article.Through the statistics of the data in a certain period of time,the problems of "Xi'an Publication" are further found,and the causes of the problems are analyzed.The fifth chapter is about how to promote the communication between the government and the people.Some suggestions are put forward.
