Research On New Market Supervision System After The Combination Of The Three Bureaus

Since 2013,the market supervision departments of industry and commerce,quality supervision,and food and medicine have experienced the largest round of institutional reforms with the largest scale,longest period,and most controversy since the founding of the People's Republic of China.Various localities have spontaneously explored a variety of institutional reform models,and at the same time,"under the change and not change" and "the same is not the same" caused confusion;Academic research is in the ascendant but lacks a systematic and comprehensive empirical analysis.In 2018,the "Deepening Party and State Institutional Reform Plan" was hammered down at the top-level design level,the National Development and Reform Commission,and the former State Administration for Industry and Commerce,the General Administration of Quality Supervision,the General Administration of Food and Drug Administration,and the Ministry of Commerce's anti-monopoly duties were integrated to form the State Administration of Market Supervision.At present,the market supervision work faces enormous challenges in terms of ideas,mechanisms and methods.At the same time,it also faces rare opportunities for innovation and development.The main purpose of this paper is to explore a scientific,The first part introduces the research background and significance,rational and efficient large market supervision system under the new situation.This paper is divided into six parts.The second part elaborates the related concepts and theories of market supervision.as well as the research status of related fields at home and abroad,and clarifies the research methods and ideas of the thesis.The third part elaborates the problems and causes of the market supervision departments after the merger of the three bureaus.The fourth part proposes the aspects of changing functions,strengthening team building and perfecting the supervision system.To improve the countermeasures for the reform of the grassroots market supervision system,the fifth part explores the new market supervision system,and the sixth part is the conclusion,summarizing the research results.
