The development of social economy can not only promote social progress,but also cause various social contradictions.The main institution of crisis management in our country is public institution.Because it has the ability and responsibility to manage crisis events and equipped with the corresponding crisis management system,it plays a very important role in maintaining the stability of our country and the normal life of the people.With the frequency of crisis incidents becoming faster and richer,the state's requirements for crisis management of public institutions are becoming higher and higher.This article will take H city in Jiangsu Province as an example,on the basis of the relevant concepts and theories of public crisis events and public crisis management,analyze the current situation of crisis management in H city,find out the existing problems,and analyze the causes of these problems,and finally put forward the countermeasures to improve public crisis management,so as to improve the management ability to deal with crisis events and promote it.Our social environment is more stable and healthy.
