With the rapid growth of science and technology,the application of the Internet and big data in various industries has been continuously upgraded,and the "Internet +" model emerged at the right moment.Since the combination of F&B and Internet technologies,the mode of “Internet + F&B” has brought countless convenience to consumers.But it is also followed by food safety issues that are hard to avoid.The most stringent Food Safety Law in history,which was come into force in 2015,reflects the government's determination and powerful implementation to continuously strengthen the supervision of the “Internet + F&B”food safety issues,and comprehensively ensure the food safety of consumers.From the point of view of food safety,“Internet + F&B” food shall be classified into the combination of Internet and F&B,which not only has the basic attributes of food,but also has the characteristics of the Internet.It is increasingly difficult to effectively supervise the newly emerging mode of “Internet + F&B” by traditional food safety supervision methods.Therefore,the government must adapt to the new situation and meet new challenges in order to better fulfill its responsibility to ensure food safety.This paper focuses on the government's regulatory responsibility in the Internet + F&B market,summarizes effective measures of local governments in current fulfilling of their regulatory responsibilities,analyzes existing problems and the reasons behind,and compares relevant practical experiences of developed countries,in order to give the government suggestions for a better implementation of regulatory responsibilities in terms of law,resumption,culture and technology.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction.It mainly introduces the background and research significance of the paper,relevant research results at home and abroad,research methods,innovations,as well as deficiencies.The second part introduces the theoretical background of “Internet + F&B” food safety supervision,explains the concept and definition of “Internet + F&B” food,and analyzes and summarizes the theoretical basis of“Internet + F&B” food safety supervision and management.The third part summarizes the achievements of China's "Internet + F&B" government regulation.The fourth part analyzes the problems of the “Internet + F&B” regulatory in China and their causes.The fifth part analyzes relevant experiences of developed countries.The sixth part gives countermeasures and suggestions on the implementation of China's "Internet + F&B" government regulatory responsibility.In the end,through the analysis of the government's responsibility issues and their causes,it is found that the government's responsibility can be fulfilled to ensure the F&B safety in the Internet market,and people can fully enjoy safe and secured Internet food and beverage.
