Research On The Discourse Right/Power Of Network Ideology In The Internet Age

In the context of the Internet era,on the one hand,the popularity of mobile internet technology and the growth of social media have enriched the content and methods of disseminating China's mainstream ideology,contributing to the development and dissemination of mainstream ideology in China;on the other hand,the connectivity of the Internet Sex and concealment also exacerbate the threat of penetration of Western ideology and erroneous thoughts.Cyberspace is already the main battlefield of public opinion.Mastering the right to speak in the field of network ideology is to occupy the commanding heights of public opinion propaganda.The issue of network ideology discourse rights is related to the people's heart,related to social stability,and to China's ideology security.Network ideology discourse power is the qualification of discourse production on the Internet platform,and can freely guide and regulate ideological discourse to ensure the right and power of the safe development of national ideology.Based on summarizing the research status at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the achievements and problems of the construction of network ideology discourse rights in China based on the background of the times and the reality of contemporary China's development.On the one hand,the state supports the construction of network ideology and discourse power in policy,China's mainstream ideology is still in a dominant position,and the official media's credibility foundation still has unique advantages;on the other hand,in the environment of rapid Internet development and parallel world The cohesiveness of mainstream ideology has been affected,the effectiveness of mainstream discourse has been reduced,and the complexity of online public opinion has increased.Based on this,the reasons for the problems in the development of China's network ideology discourse rights are summarized.For example,the situation of China's network ideology is becoming more and more complicated,the implementation of relevant policies and propaganda work is not enough,and the literacy of Internet users' application networks needs to be improved.Aiming at these problems,this paper further proposes countermeasures to promote the construction of China's network ideology discourse power,namely,constructing a long-term mechanism for network ideology governance in China,improving the professionalism of the network propaganda team,and strengthening the education of the audience network comprehensive literacy.
