In recent years,a variety of social software is well-known and widely used,and WeChat is one of them.As the popularity of smartphones and the dramatic increase in the number of mobile social software users,more and more people are beginning to focus on the great business value of the social platform.The WeChat marketing,which based on the Internet,the smart phone and the WeChat platform has developed rapidly,and penetrated into our daily life.It has become a new consumption trend.However,due to the lack of relevant laws and regulations,a variety of problems has frequently exposed in WeChat marketing,such as lack of integrity,supervision of commodity quality and advertising supervision.And consumers' rights and interests are vulnerable to infringement.Therefore,the corresponding legal regulation of WeChat marketing plays an important role in promoting the healthy development of WeChat business market.The electronic commerce law of People's Republic of China has introduced.The law clearly defines the legal status of the subject of WeChat business,improves the supervision system of the products and sets up the taxation system and the responsibility of the wechat platform.It provides a good legal basis for regulating WeChat marketing.However,due to the particularity of WeChat marketing,as well as the characteristics of e-commerce law as the basic law itself,many problems have not been solved effectively in this law.Combined with the outstanding problems existing in WeChat marketing market at present,we can put forward some ideas under the legal framework to improve the legal regulation of WeChat marketing.For example,we can put forward Commercial law amendment to make supplement in the third-party payment platform,cross-platform credit system and personal privacy protection of WeChat users.Moreover,we should resolve the conflicts between Electronic Commerce Law and related laws.Besides that,we can perfect the supporting legislation and relevant mechanism of the Electronic Commerce Law.
