The course of Criminal Law has the characteristics of laying equal stress on theory and practice, more contents, less class hours and deeper contents.Traditional teaching mode has its own limitations, there are some shortcomings in the teaching process of Criminal Law,such as less interaction between teachers and students, low enthusiasm of students, imbalance of status between teachers and students, etc. It has been unable to meet the needs of the training objectives of law professionals. With the rise of flipping classroom teaching mode abroad, this new teaching mode has attracted the attention of educators in China since it was introduced into China. What are the differences between flipped classroom compatible with the traditional teaching mode,or whether it can replace the traditional teaching mode? What are the advantages of flipping classroom compared with the traditional teaching mode, and whether it can be applied to the course of Criminal Law? these are worth thinking.By using the literature research method, comparative research method, questionnaire method and other research methods, this paper takes the teaching design of the Criminal Law course as the starting point, compares the teaching design of the flip classroom teaching mode with the traditional teaching mode, and analyzes the two.The differences in theoretical basis, teaching objectives, operating procedures, implementation conditions, and teaching evaluation, and analysis of their respective advantages and disadvantages. This paper is divided into four chapters: The first chapter is the introduction part:This chapter expounds the background of the topic and the meaning of the topic, and makes a review of the current comparative study of the flipped classroom teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode. The current problems in the course of Criminal Law are summarized. The second chapter is to expound the core concept of the thesis, expounding the concept of traditional teaching mode and flipping classroom teaching mode in detail, and the development process is briefly introduced, and the characteristics of the two are summarized. The third chapter is the core content of this paper. It compares the teaching design of traditional teaching mode and flipping classroom teaching mode, and analyzes the two in depth from the fivedimensions of teaching mode structure, then sets up experimental class and control class.Using the flipping classroom teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode respectively to teach, and finally get the final exam scores of the two classes.Through the spss17.0 software, the t-test analysis of the final exam scores is carried out,and the comparison results of the teaching effects of the two teaching modes are obtained. The experimental class issued a questionnaire to investigate the students' satisfaction with the flipping classroom teaching model. Finally, summarize the advantages and disadvantages of each of the two teaching modes. The fourth chapter is the conclusion and suggestion. The traditional teaching mode has been continued in China for several decades.Naturally,it has its own unique features. However, with the development of society, the traditional teaching mode can no longer meet the needs of education. The emergence of flipping classrooms is modern.A major breakthrough in the field of education in information technology, and can make up for the shortcomings of the traditional teaching model to a certain extent,in line with the trend of Internet education in China, and has a strong practical significance, but flipping the classroom as a new teaching mode spread from abroad It must not be directly applicable, and it must be constantly tried in the process of its localization. As far as the "Criminal Law" course is concerned,we have to dialectically view the two teaching modes. The traditional teaching mode has its shortcomings, but it also has great advantages. In a short time, the flipping classroom teaching mode can not replace the traditional teaching mode.In view of the poor enthusiasm of the students in the traditional teaching mode, the lack of interaction in the classroom, teachers and students In order to improve the teaching effect,we should establish the teaching idea of "students as the main body",increase the discussion time, strengthen the interaction, and improve the students' participation in the classroom.Although flipping classroom teaching mode can improve students' autonomous learning ability and improve students' participation in the classroom, the implementation of flipping classroom teaching mode requires the participation of colleges and universities, teachers and students together, and colleges and universities need to increase the investment of funds.Improving the hardware condition of the school;Teachers need to renew teaching ideas, learn how to make teaching microvideos, improve students' interest in watching teaching microvideos, and improve students' self-driving power of learning. It is necessary for teachers to learn how to make teaching microvideos. The selection of curriculum content, selection of appropriate teaching strategies,in the classroom should play the role of guidance, management and discussion;Students need to complete their own study on time, complete the task of learning task list, need strong self-control,take the initiative to participate in the discussion, actively ask questions, and have higher requirements for schools, teachers and students.the concept and characteristics of the traditional teaching mode and the flipping classroom teaching mode are expounded, and the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional teaching mode and the flipping classroom teaching mode from different dimensions are compared and analyzed, and their respective advantages and disadvantages are found. The countermeasures can provide theoretical and practical support for the teachers who are carrying out the "criminal law" flipping classroom teaching mode.
